  1. Mix together the honey on the soy. Cut the salmon into equal sized chunks and fully coat in the marinade (honey-soy). Roast 200’ for 6 minutes.
  2. While the salmon is cooking, prepare the veg. Peel away four pieces of skin from the cucumber with a veggie peeler and remove the seeds, cut into half moons. Finely slice the spring onion and radish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cucumber, edamame, spring onion, avocado, radish, sesame seeds with the salad dresssing with a good pinch of salt.
  4. Plate and top with the caramelised salmon.
