  1. boil potatoes with 2 tablespoons salt for 10-15 mins. Simmer until done but still semi firm. Drain potatoes, let them steam under a cover. Mix mayo, mustard, onions, dill, pepper, milk and a tsp of salt. Cube potatoes, add to mayo mix. Chill to serve approximately 45-60 minutes.
