Ingredients

Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, and cornstarch until the cornstarch is completely dissolved. Add the remaining sauce ingredients and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring, for about 5-6 minutes until browned and no longer pink inside.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet and bring to a gentle boil, whisking continuously. Reduce heat to low and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 2-4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the broccoli in the microwave until warm.
