Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak mussels in cold water. Was and clean properly discarding broken or chipped shells.
  2. Melt butter in a pot and fry onions until translucent. Add garlic and chilies.
  3. Add wine, cream and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in mussels, close lid and allow to steam for 15 min.
  5. Discard any unopened shells.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with crust bread.
