Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Chop cauliflower into small pieces. Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- Boil a pot of water and add the cauliflower and broccoli. Cover and lower heat to simmer for 10 min. or until al dente. Then drain the water.
- Mix all the ingredients together (except for 1/2cup of the cheese- set this aside), and spread in a large ungreased casserole dish. Sprinkle the withheld cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 min. or until bubbling. Serve hot.
