- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Tear off one large sheet of foil for each serving being prepared and set aside.
- In a blender, combine the green chiles, cilantro, olive oil, salt, oregano, onion powder, and lime juice. Blend for 10-20 seconds until the sauce is slightly chunky. Set aside.
- Slice the bell peppers into thin strips.
- Divide the green beans and bell peppers between each sheet of foil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place a salmon fillet skin side down on top of the vegetables and top with the green chile cilantro sauce.
- Fold all sides of the foil together to seal and place on a baking sheet. Repeat for all salmon fillets.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
