Ingredients
- Cheddar cheese
3 cup, shredded or 339g
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork tender; drain and set aside to cool.
- In a saucepan over medium heat cook onion in butter untill tender, but not brown, about 5 minutes.
- Blend in flour and salt. Add milk all at once; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
- Add cheese, stirring to melt.
- Stir in parsley and mustard.
- Fold in potatoes and Frankfurters.
- Place in a 1 quart casserole.
- Cover and bake for about 35 minutes or until heated through. Enjoy!
