Directions
- Preheat grill to to medium.
- Chop scallions into 1/4" pieces, finely chop spinach, and cut tomato into 1/4" cubes.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.Once combined divide into two equal portions. Form into hamburger patties.
