Ingredients
Pork sirloin (chops or roasts)
Fresh, loin, boneless, separable lean and fat, raw

Directions
- Sprinkle garlic powder on both sides of the pork chops until well covered.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the pork chops in the skillet and sprinkle fennel seeds on top, about 10 to 15 seeds per chop. Brown the underside of the pork chops, then turn them over to brown the other side. Flip again once both sides are browned.
- Pour the wine into the skillet, cover, and reduce the heat to simmer. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the pork chops over. Cover again and simmer for another 10 minutes, ensuring the wine doesn't completely evaporate to prevent burning. Add more wine if necessary.
