  1. Season both sides of each pork chop generously with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat half of the butter over medium-high heat until melted.
  3. Sear each chop for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Reduce heat to medium and continue to cook until chops reach an internal temperature of 135°F.
  4. Remove chops and set aside.
  5. Pour in chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up all the browned bits.
  6. Add cream cheese, remaining butter, and heavy cream, stirring continuously until smooth.
  7. Add ranch seasoning and stir until combined.
  8. Reduce heat to low, return chops to the pan, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until chops reach an internal temperature of at least 145°F.
