  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine honey, Worcestershire sauce, two-thirds of the ranch seasoning, half of the olive oil, and pepper.
  3. Brush the mixture over both sides of the pork chops and arrange them on one side of a sheet pan.
  4. In a medium bowl, toss the potatoes with the remaining olive oil and ranch seasoning. Spread them next to the pork chops on the sheet pan.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven, flip the pork chops, and toss the potatoes. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 7 minutes or until the vegetables begin to brown and the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
