Directions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Chop the broccoli and peel and dice the onion and garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the broccoli, onion, and garlic, and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
- Add the cream cheese to the pan and stir until it melts into the vegetables.
