- Put the cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a low simmer and cook for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Add the asparagus to the boiling water 2 minutes before the pasta is done. Drain well.
- Return the pasta and asparagus to the warm pan. Add the cream, lemon juice, parsley, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top and enjoy!
