- Put cream in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a low simmer for 10 minutes, until thickened.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. 2 minutes before pasta is finished, add asparagus to the boiling water. Drain well and return to the warm pan with the cream, lemon juice, parsley, and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese.
- Toss together and season well with salt and pepper. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Enjoy!
