  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the egg and then add it to the beef mixture. Mix well to combine.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into 6 equal portions. Gently form each portion into a patty, about ½-inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from bulging during cooking.
