Use olive oil spray to seal the rolls and apply a thin coat of spray to the entire roll 6. bake in a450 degree oven for 4 minutes, turn and repeat until desired crispiness is reached. Be careful not to burn them. Divide into two servings (3 rolls each) and add 1/2 the salad with 1tbls dressing to the plate
