Directions
- In a bowl, combine cornstarch, water, and garlic powder until smooth. Add sliced beef and toss to coat evenly.
- In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, stir-fry beef in half of the oil until it reaches desired doneness. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
- Stir-fry broccoli and onion in remaining oil for 4-5 minutes until tender. Return beef to pan.
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and the remaining cornstarch and water until smooth. Add to the pan, then cook and stir for 2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
