- Place banana, eggs, egg whites, oats, whey powder, and baking powder in a blender and mix until smooth.
- For waffles spray a waffle maker with nonstick cooking spray and bake waffles.
- For Pancakes heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Ladle desired sized pancake batter onto pan. Let cook until bubbles form and edges begin to look dry. Flip. Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Top with strawberries. Enjoy!
