- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place the tilapia fillets in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle evenly with the lemon juice and oil and rub it in with your hands to coat. Season with Salt and pepper.
- Transfer the dish to the oven, and bake until the fillets flake easily with a fork, for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
