  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place the tilapia fillets in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle evenly with the lemon juice and oil and rub it in with your hands to coat. Season with Salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer the dish to the oven, and bake until the fillets flake easily with a fork, for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
  4. To make the sauce: While fish is in the oven, in a blender, combine the cilantro, lime juice, coconut milk, coconut aminos, ginger and turmeric. Season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Pour sauce on top of the fillets.
