- Cut the string cheese in half to double the number of sticks. Freeze until solid.
- Whisk the egg in a small bowl. Place flour on a separate dish.
- Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley in another bowl.
- Dip frozen cheese sticks in flour, then egg, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated cheese sticks on a tray lined with wax paper. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with oil.
