- Prepare pasta as per package directions; drain and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Preheat skillet over medium with oil.
- Mince garlic, add to pan and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef and cook with garlic, once cooked through, drain fat
- Add herbs and cook until fragrant, then add tomatoes, cook until boiling and then simmer 3-5 minutes Season to taste with salt and pepper.
