Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 390°F.
  2. Heat 1/4 of the olive oil in an ovenproof pan over medium heat and add the onion and garlic. Cook gently for a few minutes until slightly softened.
  3. Stir in the harissa and tomato puree, and cook for 3 more minutes. Add in the chickpeas, shrimp, peppers, and vegetable broth.
  4. Bring to a gentle simmer, then stir through a squeeze of lemon juice and the parsley. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  5. Place the puff pastry on top and brush over the remaining olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
