Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop the cashews.
  2. Heat butter in frying pan then roast cashews until golden, about 5 minutes. Set aside once done.
  3. Add the condensed milk to the pan and 1 cup of coconut. Stir over low heat.
  4. Stir mixture thoroughly until condensed milk thickens, about 10 minutes.
  5. Once the condensed milk mix has thickened, stir in the cashews and take the pan off the heat.
  6. Allow to cool completely then begin to roll the mixture into balls. Use the remaining coconut to prevent sticking.
  7. Move to refrigerator to completely set. Enjoy!
