Directions
- In a food processor, grind the almonds into a powder. Set aside.
- Blend together the dates and coconut in processor. Add back in the almonds, and the carrots, cinnamon, ground cloves and salt. Blend as well as you can.
- Carefully melt the coconut oil in microwave for a few seconds if it's solid. Add in the coconut oil and blend once more. (Can also do this part by hand.)
- Roll into balls, place on a plate and refrigerate. Enjoy!
