- Prepare pasta as per package directions.. In a frying pan over medium-high heat add oil and diced chicken and fry until cooked through and no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add chopped bacon, onion, mushrooms, and garlic and cook a further 3 minutes.
- Add cream and sour cream and simmer for 10 minutes. While stirring add whisked egg and grated cheese.
- Continue stirring until all cheese is melted through. Add cooked pasta and toss until mixed well.
