Directions
- Prepare zucchini by using a julienne peeler or a vegetable noodle making tool. Place noodles in colander in sink. Salt and let sit for 20 minutes. Rinse, squeeze, and dry off all water and salt. Place on paper towels to dry, if desired.
- Heat oil in large skillet or wok. Add garlic and crushed pepper. Add noodles and sauté until tender, but do not overcook (approx. 5-7 minutes). Enjoy!
