Directions
- Heat coconut oil in a large heavy-bottom pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- Add ginger and garlic, reduce heat to medium, and stir frequently for about 3 minutes until fragrant and golden. Add spices, seeds, and salt, and toast lightly while stirring for 1-2 minutes.
