- Remove tofu from package and place between two cutting boards with something heavy on the top board to slowly press excess water (unless you get the hard tofu which has very little water). Chop tofu into bite sized cubes
- Chop vegetables into slices.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté until golden. Add carrots and broccoli. Stir until golden. Add soy and sriracha. Turn off heat and cover.
- Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve hot with rice, if desired.
