  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine mustard, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, and worcestershire. Whisk well and set aside.
  3. Combine ground beef, oats, milk, chopped onion, and egg in a bowl. Mix well with your hands and then for into 1 inch diameter balls.
  4. Place meatballs in a baking dish. Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until cooked through.. Enjoy!
