Directions
- Crack eggs into a bowl or measuring cup and set aside.
- Heat an 8 or 10 inch non-stick fry pan on medium heat till hot, then add the oil.
- Remove meat from casing and crumble into the pan. Stir the meat around every so often to make sure its browned evenly.
- Cook the meat for around 6 to 7 min; then add the eggs. Break the eggs up and gently scramble them around; mixing them up with the meat. Continue to cook the mixture till the eggs are just set.
- Turn off the heat, add the shredded cheese and cover with a lid for a few minutes till the cheese is melted.
