Ingredients
- Pork and beef chorizo

Directions
- In a frying pan, dry fry the turkey mince until it starts to brown, about 3-5 minutes. Add all the spices and cook for another minute or two until fragrant. Transfer to the slow cooker.
- Return the pan to the heat and add the chorizo. Fry for a minute or two until it begins to release its oils. Add the red pepper, onion, garlic, and chili, and cook gently until beginning to soften, about 3 minutes.
- Add the wine and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the tomato paste and tomatoes, and bring to a fast simmer. Pour the tomato mixture over the turkey in the slow cooker.
- Stir in the chickpeas and honey.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
- Season at the end of cooking with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with cheese, sour cream, and scallions and serve warm.
