Directions
- In a large skillet, brown beef and onion. Add 1 cup of cheese and 1 cup of sauce and mix thoroughly. Fill tortillas with meat mixture in the center of each tortilla. Roll up enchiladas and place seam side down in a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Spread remaining sauce evenly over enchiladas. Add remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
