Directions
- To make the sauce, mix the soy sauce (or coconut aminos), balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to a large sautee pan, and cook for 5 minutes, shaking or stirring them every now and then.
- Add in the sauce and stir to coat the mushrooms. Add the broccoli and the cooked lentils, put on the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
