Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Remove sausage from casing. Cook in a sauté pan over mediuim heat for 10-12 minutes, or until browned throughout.
  3. Beat eggs with the cream and almond milk. Chop spinach and crumble feta. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a pie tin.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until eggs are set. Enjoy!
