  1. Preheat over to 350 and spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Open biscuits and cut each biscuit into 6 pieces. Spread cut biscuits in the bottom of the pan. Brown breakfast sausage. Drain. Spread over biscuits. Chop pepper, onion, & mushrooms. Spread over biscuits and sausage. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the cheese over the veggies. Beat 6 eggs with milk. Add salt & pepper. Pour over the biscuits & sausage. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until eggs are set.
