  • Chickpeas

    (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, canned

  • Olive oil

    Salad or cooking

Directions

  1. Rinse, drain and dry chick peas.
  2. Toss with enough olive oil to evenly coat peas
  3. Roast them like you would any vegetable—at about 400ºF for 30 to 40 minutes—on a baking sheet
