Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to box directions.
  2. 2. Chop shallot, garlic cloves, and sundried tomatoes.
  3. 3. Cut chicken in pieces according to your preference. Add paprika, garlic salt, and adobo seasoning and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. 4. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and add chopped ingredients and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the chicken and let cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the cream cheese to the pan and cook/simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7. Once pasta is cooked and drained, add it to the pan and mix.
  8. 8. Add spinach and chopped mushrooms to the mix and stir.
  9. 9. Once cool, serve or add into containers for meal prep. Add parmesan to your taste.
