Ingredients
Sun-dried tomatoes

Directions
- 1. Cook pasta according to box directions.
- 2. Chop shallot, garlic cloves, and sundried tomatoes.
- 3. Cut chicken in pieces according to your preference. Add paprika, garlic salt, and adobo seasoning and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 4. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and add chopped ingredients and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- 5. Add the chicken and let cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- 6. Add the cream cheese to the pan and cook/simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- 7. Once pasta is cooked and drained, add it to the pan and mix.
- 8. Add spinach and chopped mushrooms to the mix and stir.
- 9. Once cool, serve or add into containers for meal prep. Add parmesan to your taste.
