- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Mix garlic powder, parsley, Parmesan, and cayenne in a bowl. Sprinkle half over the dough.
- Spread mozzarella on one half of the dough, add pepperoni. Fold the other half of the dough over to cover the filling.
- Cut dough into 12 strips, twist each strip and press ends to seal.
