- Halve chicken breasts and pounded to 1/2-inch thickness.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, chili powder, oregano, salt, cumin, black pepper, and dried minced onion. Massage the spice mixture into the chicken.
- Place flour in a shallow bowl and lightly coat the chicken. Let rest.
