- Cook chinese noodles for approx 4 mins. Run under cold water to stop cooking process. Cut up beef into strips, season with salt, pepper, 5ml olive oil, 10ml soy sauce, 2 tsp corn starch, 1 tbsp garlic powder. Cook on high heat for 3 minutes on each side until crispy. Set aside, add sliced onions, sliced garlic, the under part of the green onion, cook for approx 2 mins. Then add 20ml soy sauce, 25ml oyster sauce and 60ml water, bring to a light bubble. Add 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 10ml water and mix until thick. Ad beef back in with upper part of green onions. Mix. Add the noodles and mix again. Serve.
