- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the bacon in a nonstick pan until crispy. Remove and reserve the drippings.
- Chop the chicken into cubes and cook in batches using the reserved bacon drippings. Set aside.
- Defrost the spinach according to package directions and drain thoroughly. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion flakes. Mix thoroughly.
- Add chicken, spinach, Parmesan cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and remaining bacon on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until hot and bubbly, about 35 minutes.
