Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in a nonstick pan until crispy. Remove bacon and reserve drippings.
  2. Chop chicken into cubes and cook in batches in the reserved bacon drippings. Set chicken aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  4. Defrost spinach according to package directions and drain thoroughly. Set aside.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and onion flakes. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Add chicken, spinach, Parmesan cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well.
  7. Transfer mixture to a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and remaining bacon on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven until hot and bubbly, about 35 minutes.
