Directions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil and half of the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until shrimp turn pink, then add Italian seasoning and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
- Return pasta to the pot, adding remaining butter, Parmesan, and parsley. Stir until combined and butter is melted.
