- 1) Hard Boil the eggs in advance, peel and cool. Store in water and refrigerate. (Can also store without water, if unpeeled) 2) Clean and cut the romaine into chunks. Put in bowl. 3) In a separate small bowl, mix the olive oil and Salad dressing together. (They may still separate, which is fine) 4) Cut the eggs into desired chunks or slices. 5) Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together. 6) Season with salt or pepper as desired.
