Directions
- Chop the bacon, chives, and garlic. Set aside.
- In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crisp. Remove and place on a paper towel, draining the grease separately to save.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked bacon, chives, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix the meat and spices well, then form into three patties.
- Add 2 tablespoons of bacon fat to the cast iron skillet and heat. Once hot, place the patties inside.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, depending on your desired doneness.
- Remove from the pan, let rest for 3-5 minutes, and serve with shredded cheddar cheese on top. Enjoy!
