Directions
- In a heavy-bottomed pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the baby potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove potatoes from the pot and set aside.
