- Cook bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain. Pour off fat from skillet; reserve skillet.
- Mash mayonnaise and blue cheese in a bowl to a coarse puree; season with pepper. Spread evenly among bread slices.
