Ingredients
Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp or 17g
Ketchup
2 ½ tbsp or 38g
Cheddar cheese
4 slice (1 oz) or 112g
Directions
- Coat a medium to large skillet with cooking spray and cook the turkey on medium heat until almost cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Break up the turkey as it cooks.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, grated Parmesan, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the turkey. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Continue cooking until the turkey is fully cooked and no longer pink.
- Preheat an indoor grill to 350°F or use a grill pan.
- Place a slice of cheese and ½ cup of the turkey mixture in the center of each tortilla. Add tomato and lettuce, then ketchup and mustard if desired.
- Roll the wrap and place seam side down on the grill. Grill until there are nice grill marks, then turn over and grill for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from grill.
- Repeat for the remaining wraps. Enjoy!
