  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a food processor, chop the onion and garlic, then mix in the olive oil.
  2. Add the chickpeas and lemon juice, blending until smooth. Mix in the parsley, oregano, cumin, and coriander, continuing to blend until a paste forms.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and gradually stir in the chickpea flour until the paste is thick enough to form patties.
  4. With wet hands, shape the mixture into six or seven patties and place them on a baking tray. Bake for 40 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they start to brown.
