Directions

  1. Rinse farro and place in a large pot of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 25 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
  2. In a medium-sized skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic for about 1 minute. Add kale and cook until wilted and tender, about 5 minutes, stirring often.
